I

want

to

write

a

poem

today;

I

want

to

feel

inspired.

I

want

to

write

a

poem

today;

I

want

movement

to

roll

out

beneath

me

as

I

step

forward.

I

want

to

write

a

poem

today;

I

want

my

cells

absorbed

by

their

own

mystery,

the

shedding

and

the

multiplying.

I want to write easily,

while we

shed and

multiply,

share and

tell

the knowing

that experiences ushered.

I want to share and

listen as you

tell me things.

I want to.

I’ve wanted to.

I will want to.

this

is

a

poem

I’m

writing

while

I

miss

you.

The way

my cells

shed

and multiply

only to experience

it all again.
